PITA

This sweet girl was found in a backyard in Southaven in March 2024. Stray bunnies may take a while to warm up to humans, but Pita is easy-going, enjoys attention and doesn’t mind being held. When she sees you she’ll run up to say hello, most likely hoping you’ve brought a piece of her favorite treat- strawberry! Pita is curious and enjoys exploring and tearing up cardboard boxes. She does not seem interested in chewing wood trim or cords (although any area your rabbit has access to should be bunny-proofed). Pita has lived in a foster home with dogs and didn’t mind them. She would likely also be fine with a gentle cat friend. Pita would be a wonderful addition to home with children, as well.

All our rescue rabbits are spayed/neutered and litter trained prior to adoption.
